All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are subject to a site survey. We reserve the right to revise a quote if site conditions differ from those described at the time of quoting. All prices include labour and materials unless otherwise stated. VAT will be stated separately where applicable.
All installation work is carried out by our trained engineers. We will take reasonable care of your property. Any damage caused directly by our work will be repaired or compensated at our cost. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the installation area.
All equipment supplied by Myla Security carries a manufacturer warranty of at least 12 months. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, power surges or third-party interference.
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of quotation. For residential installations, full payment is typically due on completion. For commercial projects, staged payments may be agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Where monitoring services are taken, these are provided by third-party monitoring centres. Monitoring plans are optional and are never a condition of installation. Monitoring contracts are between the customer and the monitoring provider. Myla Security is not liable for the actions or omissions of monitoring providers.
Myla Security's liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or losses arising from system failure due to factors outside our control including power cuts, network outages, vandalism or acts of nature.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
